Temperature Range: The ovens operate within a temperature range of ambient +5°C to 350°C, suitable for various industrial needs. 

Temperature Controller: Each oven is equipped with a high-quality PID temperature controller that offers auto-tuning capabilities and displays both the set value (SV) and process value (PV). This ensures precise temperature control throughout the operation. The RTD PT100 sensor provides high sensitivity with an accuracy of ±1°C or better. 

Heating Element: The heating is facilitated by sheathed tubular air heaters, known for their efficiency and durability. These elements are ISI-marked and sourced from reputable brands, ensuring quick heat-up times with minimal energy consumption. 

Air Circulation: Uniform temperature distribution is achieved through robust air circulation. We use branded motors and blower assemblies, strategically positioned at the back of the chamber for optimal performance.

Construction: Durability is a key focus, and our ovens feature rugged construction using thick gauge stainless steel (304), meticulously jointed through arc welding. The external cabinet is typically made from powder-coated GI sheets, while GMP models utilize stainless steel sheets. 

Customization: Understanding the diverse needs of our clients, we offer numerous customization options. These include toughened glass viewing windows, perforated stainless steel shelves, 21CFR-compliant controllers, data logging and monitoring devices, programmable soak timers, and color touch screen controllers.
